"ZVEZDA" ARMENIAN-RUSSIAN ENTERPRISE READY TO INVEST 60 MILLION EURO IN ARMENIAN TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian-Russian enterprise of the United Communication Systems "Zvezda" intends to invest 60 million in the development of the Armenian telecommunication network. As company director Eduard Hakobian told Arminfo agency, with the quality of the services provided as well as the level of the technologies and equipment used, the network will have no match all over the South Caucasian region. The system provides for free of charge connection, internal net conversations, reasonable tariffs for the long-distance communications, roaming and per second payment. To remind, at present ArmenTel Armenian-Greek is holding the telecommunication monopoly in Armenia. However, in Hakobian's opinion, simultaneously with the changes admitted for the Armenian legislation and aimed at the limitation of ArmenTel's monopolistic rights, his company will enter the legal field acting for the moment.
