  Russia to mediate establishment of Armenia-Azerbaijan humanitarian ties January 23, 2012 - 17:02 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan have requested Russia to mediate establishing of humanitarian ties between the two countries, Russian Foreign Minister said. “Russia stands ready to serve as mediator for the purpose,” RIA Novosti quoted Sergei Lavrov as saying.
