Italian officials end Costa Concordia search efforts

PanARMENIAN.Net - Italian rescue officials announced an end Tuesday, January 31 to search efforts for those still missing from the shipwreck of the Costa Concordia, due to safety concerns for the scuba divers inspecting the half-sunk vessel, media reported.

The decision had been communicated to the relatives and embassies of the around 15 people who remain unaccounted for after the ship ran aground on January 13, M&C reported quoting ANSA news agency.
