During a meeting with Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, Hillary Clinton said that the United States, as a co-chair country of the OSCE Minsk Group, will continue helping the sides towards an agreement. The Karabakh War was fought from 1991 (when the Nagorno Karabakh Republic was proclaimed) to 1994 (when a ceasefire was sealed by Armenia, NKR and Azerbaijan).
