Armenian men to serve U.S. federal prison term for kidnapping

PanARMENIAN.Net - Two men Vahan Adzhemyan, 43, and Galvin Shaun Gibson, 33, were sentenced on Monday, Feb 13, to U.S. federal prison terms for their role in a $1 million kidnapping-for-ransom scheme of a Russian citizen Sandro Karmryan.

According to NBC Los Angeles, Adzhemyan and Gibson were sentenced to 30 and 27 years in prison in LA federal prison respectively.

Another accomplice in the crime, Suren Gharibyan will spend 17 years in jail.
