BAKU DISCONTENT WITH OSCE OPINION OF ARMENIAN SIDE NOT BEING IMPLICATED IN RECENT MONITORING BREAKDOWN

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azeri ministry of foreign affairs sent protest to the OSCE leadership appealing to the fact that in OSCE acting chairman's private representative Anjey Caspshik's report Armenia is not mentioned as a party in fault for the OSCE monitoring breakdown at the Armenian and Azeri contact line August 19. It was reported by "Interfax" agency according the Azeri MFA press service, the latter at the same time considering Armenian defense ministry representative's statement pinning the responsibility for the OSCE monitoring failure on the Azeri side to be far-fetched. To note, the shot had been fired out of a hunting rifle at the distance of 3 km from the Armenian-Azeri frontier, after what the Azeris opened fire thus one-sidedly violating the agreement on providing security during the monitoring.
