Armenian official: no new proposals on Karabakh by EU

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesman Tigran Balayan commented on head of EU delegation to Azerbaijan, ambassador Roland Kobia’s statement spread by Azerbaijani media suggesting that EU has new initiatives regarding Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement.

According to Mr. Balayan, this is subsequent disinformation my Azeri media outlets.

“Talks on Karabakh resolution are held through OSCE Minsk Group’s mediation, with no proposals submitted by other institutions,” he said, adding that EU backs OSCE MG efforts aimed at conflict settlement.
