Russian deputy FM deems OSCE MG effective tool

PanARMENIAN.Net - Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation perceives OSCE Minsk Group one of the most effective examples of diplomatic activity in settlement of one of the most complicated conflicts, APA reports.

“OSCE MG managed to form an operable platform for conflict resolution. Russia has a special role. I would like to underscore the involvement of heads of states including that of Russia in the process,” Sergei Ryabkov said.

“Conflict settlement depends on political will,” he concluded.
