Aram I to preside over religious council meeting March 12, 2012 - 16:52 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - From March 13 to 17, His Holiness Aram I, Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia will preside over annual meeting of the Executive Committee and the Religious and Lay Councils. Prelates of all Dioceses and representatives of Diocesan Councils will also be present. The meeting will discuss administrative matters and emerging issues. Planning for the 100th commemoration of the Armenian Genocide will be the focus of this year’s meeting. During the week, Catholicos Aram I will also preside over a general meeting of the clergy.
