Armenia’s Football Federation president won’t run for parliament - paper

PanARMENIAN.Net - Following the meeting of the executive body of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), RPA spokesperson, vice-speaker of the National Assembly Eduard Sharmazanov told a reporter of Zhoghovurd paper that RPA may nominate Edik Gevorgyan, dean of history faculty of the state pedagogical university, in the constituency 1 in Yerevan's Avan district.

Meanwhile, the president of the Football Federation of Armenia (FFA) Ruben Hayrapetyan is not going to run for the parliamentary elections, according to the paper
