  David Karapetyan appointed adviser to NSC secretary - paper March 20, 2012 - 11:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Spokesman of the Armenian Defense Minister David Karapetyan was dismissed on March 19 and appointed adviser to the secretary of the National Security Council. Later reports were circulated saying Karapetyan will join the proportional list of Orinats Yerkir Party. Orinats Yerkir, however, did not confirm the rumors telling 168 Hours paper that this will become clear on March 21 after the party's electoral list is published.
