BAKU ASSURES ISSUE OF ARMENIAN-TURKISH BORDER OPENING REMOVED FROM AGENDAMay 3, 2004 - 18:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The issue of opening the Armenian-Turkish border has been removed from the agenda, Azerbaijani foreign minister Elmar Mamedyarov told journalists. In his words, the issue was discussed as during the recent visit of Azeri President Ilham Aliyev to Ankara as during the negotiations of the Azeri and Turkish FMs, Trend agency reports.
