FIRST STAGE OF OPPOSITION MOVEMENT IN ARMENIA OVER

PanARMENIAN.Net - The first stage of the opposition movement in Armenia is over, leaders of the united opposition of Armenia declared during a recurrent rally in Yerevan yesterday. As leader of the Republic party Albert Bazeyan stated in his yesterday's address to several thousands of the meeting participants, the Justice bloc and his main ally National Unity party need time to think over new methods of political struggle. Besides, the opposition leaders explain the decision on temporary cessation of the protest actions against the current authorities by the holding of talks on Nagorno Karabakh and the PACE coming discussion of Armenia. At that the leader of the Justice bloc, Chairman of the People's Party of Armenia Stepan Demirchian again assured that the opposition has a firm will to carry the cause to "its logical completion." It should be noted that in contrast to the previous rallies, the yesterday's was sanctioned by the Yerevan Administration. However it did not differ from the previous ones on the number of those gathered.
