ARMENIAN PRESIDENT AND OSCE MINSK GROUP FRENCH CO-CHAIR DISCUSSED KARABAKH PROBLEMJanuary 25, 2005 - 18:54 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Robert Kocharian today received new Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group for settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict Bernard Fassier, who is in Yerevan on a visit. In the course of the meeting the parties discussed the Karabakh issue, exchanged views on the process and prospects of settlement of the problem. It should be noted that on the post of the French Ambassador to the OSCE Minsk Group Bernard Fassier has replaced Henry Jackolin, who had retired.![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
