DELEGATION OF SVERDLOVSK OBLAST OF RUSSIA HEADED BY GOVERNOR EDUARD ROSSEL TO ARRIVE IN ARMENIA MARCH 22-23March 21, 2005 - 10:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The delegation of the Sverdlovk Oblast of Russia headed by governor Eduard Rossel will arrive in Armenia on a formal visit March 22-23. During the visit the delegation members are expected to meet with Armenian President Robert Kocharian, Prime Minister Andranik Margarian, National Assembly Speaker Artur Baghdasarian and Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II. Deputies of the City Duma, government members, representatives of business circles as well as Armenia's Honorary Consul in Yekaterinburgh Artashes Chilingaryan, chairman of the Armenian community of the Sverdlovk Oblast Masis Nazarian and chairman of the Armenian religious organization Mikhail Mnoian will serve on the delegation.
