KOCHARIAN MET WITH LITHUANIAN DEFENSE MINISTER

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Robert Kocharian has met with Minister of National Defense of Lithuania Gediminas Kirkilas, the Press Service of the state leader reported. The Armenian-Lithuanian cooperation in Armed Forces reform was the main topic discussed at the meeting. The parties appreciated the level of cooperation between the defense departments of the two countries. Besides the interlocutors discussed the issue of Armenia's Euro-integration. Within that context it was noted that combining the experience of Lithuania of accession to the EU and the country's activities as an EU member may be useful for Armenia.
