ROBERT KOCHARIAN MET HEAD OF ALL-RUSSIAN STATE TV AND RADIO COMPANY

PanARMENIAN.Net - Today Armenian President Robert Kocharian met with the delegation headed by chairman of the All-Russian State TV & Radio Company Oleg Dobrodeyev, RA President's press service reported. During the meeting the parties discussed issues referring to the Armenian-Russian cultural cooperation and its replenishment with joint TV programs. Robert Kocharian noted that the transmission of Culture Russian TV Channel in Armenia not only offers to preserve the cultural ties but also opens an outlook to expand them. In his turn Oleg Dobrodeyev stated that agreements on implementation of several joint projects have been achieved with the Armenian partners. In his words, tens of programs and films broadcast by Culture last year aroused Russian viewers' interest in Armenia and its culture.
