JUSTICE MINISTRY DRAFTED BILL ON FORMATION OF CONTROL SERVICE

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian Justice Ministry has drafted a bill regulating the formation and a control service within the system of compulsory implementation of legal acts, Press Secretary of the Armenian Justice Minister Ara Saghatelian during online interview initiated by OpenArmenia.com and PanARMENIAN.Net In his words, in the near future the bill will be submitted to the government. As A. Saghatelian noted, this will secure efficiency of considering the complaints in the field.
