  Oskanian to Take Part in CSTO FMs Meeting in MoscowNovember 29, 2005 - 18:26 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Today Armenian FM Vartan Oskanian left for Moscow, reported the Press Service of the Foreign Ministry of Armenia. During the visit the Armenian FM will take part in the recurrent meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO). Vartan Oskanian will also have a number of bilateral meetings within his visit to the Russian capital. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
