Text of RA Reviewed Constitution Officially Published

PanARMENIAN.Net - The text of the reviewed RA Constitution was published in a regular edition of "Official Reference Book". According to Press Secretary of the Central Electoral Commission Tsovinar Khachatryan, complaints and statements on the returns of the constitutional referendum held on November 27 should have been submitted within a week after the referendum. She said the Constitutional Court has not received either complaints or statements. CC vice chairman Volodya Honhannisyan confirmed her words. According to him, the constitutional amendments came into force and cannot be appealed.
