When asked whether Armenia can demand rental fee for the Russian military base in view of the raising tariffs for the Russian gas Serge Sargsyan said the issue has not been raised yet. "One should not hurry with conclusions since the talks are still underway and the price for gas has nothing in common with the Russian military base," the Minister stated adding that the base is the guarantor of Armenia's security. "I can assure you the base gives more benefit than harm," Serge Sargsyan noted. Top stories Achieving stable peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan remains a priority of the OSCE, said Ian Borg.
