Armenian and Azerbaijani President Completed Talks in RambouilletFebruary 11, 2006 - 17:33 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents Robert Kocharian and Ilham Aliyev completed negotiations in Rambouillet. Before the Presidents' meeting talks were held by Foreign Ministers of both states. On February 10 the meeting lasted for about 4 hours in all. First the talks proceeded with the participation of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs and Foreign Ministers, then Robert Kocharian and Ilham Aliyev met in private. At the end of the meeting the FM re-joined the secret negotiations. Journalists were not invited to Rambouillet. The parties did not make any statements.
