The interlocutors discussed the programs implemented with the assistance of the ICRC. Robert Kocharian said Armenia has always expressed readiness to create favorable conditions for the work of the ICRC members. By the guest's request, the Armenian leader familiarized him with the current stage of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement.
