PanARMENIAN.Net - Today Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff, Colonel General Sergey Kirichenko laid flowers to the memorial to the Armenian Genocide victims. Chief of the Armenian Armed Forces General Staff, Deputy Defense Minister, Colonel General Mikael Harutyunyan accompanied Ukrainian delegation.
