  NKR Leader Arrived in Yerevan on Working VisitJuly 18, 2006 - 14:50 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - July 17 President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic (NKR) Arkady Ghoukassian has arrived in Yerevan on a short-term working visit, reports the Press Service of the NKR leader. During the visit Ghoukassian will meet with state officials and representatives of Armenia's public circles. Achieving stable peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan remains a priority of the OSCE, said Ian Borg. The Cabinet of Ministers decided on Thursday, November 9 to allocated AMD 120 million to arrange the gathering.
