  Charges Brought against Detainees on Suspicion of Murder of OvasapyanSeptember 18, 2006 - 18:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Charges are brought against persons, detained on suspicion of murder of Chief of the Operative Investigation Department of the State Tax Service of Armenia Shahen Ovasapyan, reported the Office of Prosecutor General of Armenia. Based on the evidence received, Armen and Gurgen Virabyan brothers are charged on items 6 and 7 of part 2 of article 104 of the Criminal Code of Armenia (murder), items 1 and 7 of part 2 of article 34-104 of the Criminal Code of Armenia (attempt of murder) and part 1 of article 235 of the Criminal Code of Armenia (illegal possession of arms). Arrest is chosen as the preventive punishment. Armen Virabyan is Chief of the 7th Section of the State Tax Service of Armenia.
