  RA Chief of General Staff Seyran Ohanyan confered rank of colonel-generalMay 25, 2007 - 18:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Today Armenian President Robert Kocharian signed an order on conferring RA Chief of General Staff, Deputy Defense Minister lieutenant-general Seyran Ohanyan the military rank of colonel-general, presidential Press Office reports. The order on appointing Seyran Ohanyan as Chief of General Staff of the Armenian Defense Ministry was signed on May 11. Before May 10, 2007 he occupied the post of NKR Defense Minister.
