Vartan Oskanian: U.S. is a bit in a hurry in Karabakh conflict settlement

PanARMENIAN.Net - "The United States is a bit in a hurry in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, but Russia too does not pull up the process of talks," RA Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian stated. He said RF President Vladimir Putin stated Russia's stance, according to which Russia will agree on any solution that satisfies the conflicting sides and is ready to serve as guarantee of settlement.

"Proceeding from his global policy, Russia does not want to take a great initiative as supposed by the OSCE MG mandate. This is the only difference between Russia and the United States, however there are not any differences between those two countries," the RA FM stated in the interview to "Kentron" TV Company.
