We will live in a strong and productive state, which highlights public welfare," Armenian Prime Minister Serge Sargsyan said in an interview with Azg newspaper. "A strong and productive state should ensure its security, have an efficient army and observe rules. Besides, it has to secure macroeconomic index, i.e. sustainable economic growth, low inflation rate. It should maintain public health and education for all strata of society," he said.
