OSCE MG not aware what Moratinos meant by recommending changes in negotiation process

PanARMENIAN.Net - The OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs do not know what OSCE CiO meant by saying about changes in the OSCE MG format, French mediator Bernard Fassier told a news conference in Yerevan.

"The OSCE laid the responsibility for Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement on the U.S., France and Russia. The format has functioned for 10 years and many years are needed to replace it," he said.

OSCE Chairman-in-Office Miguel Angel Moratinos said "changes should be introduced in the negotiation process in order to achieve progress in Karabakh process."
