  Karabakh conflict should be handed peaceful resolutionFebruary 26, 2008 - 15:42 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - "The OSCE is in charge of resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict and as the Chairman-in-Office I am ready to promote progress in the negotiation process," Finnish Foreign Minister Ilkka Kanerva told a news conference in Yerevan."The conflict should be handed peaceful resolution," he said. "The OSCE Minsk Group is the only structure dealing with the conflict and it needs support and encouragement."
