Sargsyan-Aliyev meeting in Bucharest would be mere formality

PanARMENIAN.Net - Any meeting between Serzh Sargsyan and Ilham Aliyev will be a mere formality and will produce no effect presently, Director of the Caucasus Media Institute Alexander Iskandaryan told a PanARMENIAN.Net

"Armenia's President-elect should first of all ease political tensions in the republic," he said. "Azerbaijan will hold presidential election in autumn, so Aliyev can't make sharp moves. There will be no meeting in Bucharest. The OSCE Minsk Group concluded that such a meeting would be fruitless."
