Former Armenian FM established Civilitas FoundationJune 6, 2008 - 18:09 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia's former Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian established Civilitas Foundation in Yerevan with a purpose to strengthen Armenia's statehood and for the glory of the Armenian people via promoting Armenia's foreign policy and implementation of projects targeted at development and democratization. The Foundation will organize round-table discussions and conferences, thus engaging publics into a dialogue on the republic's problems. The Foundation Council will also work for establishment of peace and stability in the Caucasus via a cultural and political dialogue. Civilitas Foundation was registered as an uncommercial undertaking. The official opening ceremony will take place in Yerevan in September.
