  Another Armenian killed at border with AzerbaijanJune 19, 2008 - 13:44 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On June 18, another resident of Chinar village, Tavush region of Armenia, Rafik Soghoyan, 50, was killed by an Azeri sniper from a height controlled by the Azeri side, the RA Defense Ministry's press office said. Earlier that day, Chinar-native Levon Petrosyan, 21, was shot in a firing commenced by the Azeri side. The young man died on the way to hospital. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
