  Armenia willing to develop friendly relations with neighbor statesFebruary 12, 2009 - 20:29 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia is determined to fulfill the commitments to the European structures, RA President said. "We have good achievements and big expectations," Serzh Sargsyan told the 4th congress of Prosperous Armenia party. "Armenia is engaged in a number of new initiatives within the CIS. We are also willing to develop friendly relations with the neighbor states," he said, adding that the entire region will benefit from establishment of cooperation in energy, communications and economy. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
