Charge d'affaires of Kazakhstan in Armenia Nurbolat Alimbaev said the main principle of the Kazakh government is the demand to keep unity in the republic and the development of cultural centers of different ethnic groups, the procurement of close contacts between the representatives of the diaspora and their historical homeland. According to the director of the Institute of History, Sociology and NAS rights of Armenia, Gevorg Poghosyan, the discussion is important for Armenia as there is a large and active Armenian diaspora in Kazakhstan.
