"CSTO is an open structure. Cooperation with the CSTO envisages protection from aggression. And the rapid reaction force was formed for the purpose," Serzh Sargsyan told a news conference today. "If Azerbaijan unleashes war against Armenia, the CSTO RRF will defend Armenia. However, Azerbaijan will not use force to resolve the Karabakh conflict," he said. At that President Sarsgyan stressed that Armenia's participation in NATO programs doesn't conflict with CSTO charter. "We build relations with our partners proceeding from our national interests," he said.
