RA President confers Order of Honor on Andranik Mihranyan

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed an edict to confer the Order of Honor on Russian political scientist Andranik Mihranyan for contribution to development of the Armenian-Russian relations.



The Order of Honor is conferred for advocacy of national interests of the Republic of Armenia, development of democracy and contribution to peace between nations.
