EU Information Centers to open in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Artur Baghdasaryan, Secretary of the National Security Council (NSC) of Armenia, head of interdepartmental committee, coordinating Armenia's cooperation with European structures, met with member of Estonian Parliament Hannes Rumi, head of the Armenian-European Policy and Legal Advice Center AEPLAC Aleksey Makariev, deputy-head of AEPLAC Kate Kasemets and expert Tigran Chorokhyan.



The interlocutors discussed issues related to the Armenia-EU Action Plan of the European Neighbourhood Policy and the establishment of EU Information Centers in Armenia.



A number of task groups have already been established by a presidential decree to elaborate concepts of future partnerships. Attaching importance to opening of EU Information Centers in Armenia, the guests expressed willingness to assist with the accomplishment of the program.
