  RF appoints to Ambassador to ArmeniaJuly 10, 2009 - 18:25 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - RF President Dmitry Medvedev has issued a decree on appointing Vyacheslav Kovalenko as RF Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary in Armenia. Before his new appointment, Kovalenko was Ambassador in Russia and Georgia. His predecessor -Ambassador Nikolay Pavlov, has accomplished his diplomatic mission in Armenia. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
