RA legislation to be brought in compliance with European standards

PanARMENIAN.Net - On July 21, NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan received Sergey Kapinos, Head of OSCE Office in Yerevan. Welcoming his guest, Mr. Abrahamyan stressed the importance of cooperation with OSCE office. In that context, Armenian Speaker highly appreciated the memorandum signed in April between RA National Assembly and OSCE Office in Yerevan.



During the meeting, parties agreed upon steps aimed at bringing RA legislation in compliance with European standards. In that context, they stressed the role of Venice Commission, OSCE democratic structures and human rights office, RA NA press service reports.
