RPA member confesses problems with investigation into March 1 deaths

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian parliamentarianism is still being formed as a national institute, member of Republic Party of Armenia said.



"The interim commission charged with the task to investigate into March 1 events tried to find answers to all questions and its report reflected the public opinion," Mkrtich Minasyan told reporters in Yerevan.



However, he confessed problems with investigation into March 1 deaths.



"The commission was formed not as a substitute for law enforcement but as a interim structure investigating the circumstances of the tragedy," he said.
