Avagyan believes Protocol ratification by Armenian Parliament does not depend on Turkish legislative body. In the meantime, he noted that parliamentary coalition was for ratification.«If Turkish Parliament refuses to ratify Protocols, documents will be declared null and void, and Turkey will have to give explanations to international community.» Avagyan said.
