NOVRUZ MAMEDOV IS AGAIN TRYING TO DENY EXISTENCE PARISIAN PRINCIPLES OF KARABAKH SETTLEMENT

PanARMENIAN.Net - Novruz Mamedov, Chief of international relations office of the executive machinery of the Azerbaijani President, again stated in an interview to Baku "Echo" newspaper that there are not and there were not any Parisian principles of the Karabakh conflict settlement. "The Parisian principles are just speculation, they just do not exist," - he stated. In Mamedov's words, the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan did not come to any agreements on the Karabakh problem settlement. "If anyone need it, they can appeal to Parisian, Yalta, Moscow, Washington, Geneva, Key West principles, but it does not have any real background," - Novruz Mamedov said. Meanwhile, just five days ago American Co-Chairman of the Minsk Group Rudolf Perina confirmed in Baku the Parisian principles of the Karabakh conflict did exist. Baku press called Perina's statement, that certain agreements were actually achieved, sensational. The Co-Chairman has also made it clear that the mediators do not intend to repudiate the Parisian principles. Let us remind that Yerevan and Stepanakert, unlike Baku, confirm their readiness to search for a solution of the Karabakh problem on the basis of the decisions made in Paris.
