LEGISLATORS DEMAND REMOVE OF REPUBLIC'S MILITARY PROSECUTOR

PanARMENIAN.Net - Eight deputies of the National Assembly signed the letter addressed to President of Armenia Robert Kocharian and demanding retirement of Republic's Military Prosecutor Gagik Jangirian. Deputies representing "Constitutional Law" Union in the Parliament have become initiators of the appeal. The legislators support their request by numerous complaints of servicemen's parents, who confirm the facts of using coercion and torture by officers of the Military Prosecutor's office in the course of investigation.
