  SAINT-PETERSBURG GOVERNOR VLADIMIR YAKOVLEV ARRIVING IN YEREVAN TOMORROWSeptember 19, 2001 - 23:40 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Governor of Saint-Petersburg Vladimir Yakovlev will arrive in Yerevan tomorrow to participate in festivities dedicated to the 10-th anniversary of the Republic's independence and the 1700-th anniversary of adoption of Christianity in Armenia.
