SAINT-PETERSBURG GOVERNOR VLADIMIR YAKOVLEV ARRIVING IN YEREVAN TOMORROW

PanARMENIAN.Net - Governor of Saint-Petersburg Vladimir Yakovlev will arrive in Yerevan tomorrow to participate in festivities dedicated to the 10-th anniversary of the Republic's independence and the 1700-th anniversary of adoption of Christianity in Armenia. In course of the visit the guest will meet with President Robert Kocharian, Catholicos of all Armenians Garegin II, Prime Minister Andranik Margarian, Mayor of Yerevan Robert Nazarian. He is expected to visit Holly Echmiadzin and lay flowers on the genocide victims memorial. Saint-Petersburg and Yerevan Mayors plan to hold joint press conference.
