When asked by PanARMENIAN.Net reporter whether Genocide victims’ heirs can address European Court of Human Rights to demand compensation of damage to property, Vladimir Vardanyan characterized the option named as possible and effective. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.
