  Gevorg Minasyan: Belgian MPs to visit Arstakh in fall  August 11, 2010 - 15:43 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - A group of Belgian members of parliament will arrive in the Artsakh Republic in fall, said the chairman of the federation of Armenian organizations of Belgium. “The possibility of recognition of Arstakh Republic’s independence by Belgium will be discussed during the visit,” Gevorg Minasyan told a news conference in Yerevan.
