  OSCE improves crisis reaction system September 18, 2010 - 12:56 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The interdepartmental commission on coordination of measures envisaged by the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) held a regular meeting chaired by Secretary of the Armenian National Security Council Arthur Baghdasaryan. The agenda included draft projects aimed at improvement of crisis reaction system as well as preparations for the upcoming meeting of the commission on CSTO military and economic cooperation, RA NSC press office reported. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
