Less than 100 participants gathered at ANC rally site

PanARMENIAN.Net - With only 15 minutes left till the start of Armenian National Congress rally, less than 100 participants have gathered in front of Matenadaran, the institute of ancient manuscripts.

Bad weather may be a reason for the lack of participants.

Discussion of “political and economic consequences of corruption, corruption mechanisms and outrageous deals struck over the last years, as well as ways toward restoration of democracy in Armenia” is on rally agenda.

First president of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrossian, People’s Party of Armenia leader Stepan Demirchyan and the head of the Republic Party Aram Sargsyan are expected to make speeches, PanARMENIAN.Net correspondent reported from the site.
